Application process

Behind every application is a human being who has put a lot of time and effort into compiling a dossier and an application. We have neither HR software nor any other AI that supports us in the HR process. Every application we receive is seriously processed by a human being and discussed in a panel. That's also why we don't accept applications from job recruiters.

The most promising candidates are invited to a first interview (physical or virtual). In this first interview we want to get to know you and learn more about your exciting gaps in your resume or your reasons for changing your last employer. We will also give you an overview of the new position and the team.

Once you have overcome this first hurdle, you will be invited to a second interview and have the opportunity to get to know the team. Here you are the center of attention and can ask all questions about the job, the way of working, the team culture etc.. A short social event rounds off this event. The impression you made on our colleagues was certainly phenomenal.

In an internal get-together we determine the next steps and if there are no objections from your side, nothing stands in the way of the final round. You will be invited to a final interview with the management and/or group management (depending on location and availability) and a contract proposal will be discussed with you.
