We demand a lot from our colleagues, but also offer a number of additional benefits. For example, our salary system is transparent at all levels. When determining salaries, for example, we do not

differentiate according to gender, age or origin.

Our working model is fully built on hybrid. We believe that flexible working delivers the best performance. You decide where and when you can best access this performance. We are mostly location-independent and offer you the possibility of up to 12 weeks of workation per year..

An environmentally friendly use of our resources is very important to us, which is why we finance public transportation for you (e.g. train pass, general season tickets, NYC-pass, CT-transit card, etc.).

If you work hard, you should be able to rest accordingly. We offer all employees six weeks of paid vacation. Those who are involved in a non-profit project can benefit from an additional 1 week of paid leave.

Knowledge is power, as was known in the early modern era. We work with the best customers, and need to keep up to date every day and invest in training and development.

We also take the lead in health and retirement planning, providing support with programs for relaxation during work hours, massages, healthy eating recipe ideas, financial planning, 401(k) plan, retirement planning, etc. - just to name some of our initiatives.
